Is there an application fee?

What qualifications do you look for in applications?
Dalyellup Property Management screens applications for many different property owners, and there is no “one thing” that will make or break an application. It is very important to fill out your application as completely and honestly as possible.

Are pets allowed?
Pets may be accepted at some properties; however, the rent may be raised or a separate pet deposit required. Some property owners do not allow pets under any circumstances and if after you move in you have a pet on the premises this may cause you to be evicted. If you have pets make sure you ask about the pet policy for the property you are interested in.

How long does it take for my application to be processed?
Generally, the application process takes 1-2 business days. This depends on the accuracy and completeness of your application. Please fill in all the questions and provide us with all documents required, such as pay stubs, identification, etc. this will avoid any unnecessary delays.

How often do you update your list of houses?
We update our complete list of properties available for rent every day.
